On a number of occasions, I've had the opportunity to observe Andrew Klima in an educational setting teaching chorus to elementary and middle school students. Andrew's style of teaching is both innovative and traditional. He makes the students want to sing with his infectious personality and love of his craft, and at the same time has excellent classroom management techniques.

I have seen Andrew work with primary classes performing for their parents at concerts where Andrew has taught them to sing and be animated as well.

His ability to reach across grade levels seems effortless. Andrew was instrumental in re-organizing the chorus at the middle school where he taught. School counselors had students requesting chorus as an elective, and a number of his students began taking private lessons after school!
As a seasoned teacher with 35 years experience, I have seen many young teachers begin their careers. Andrew is exceptional. You will be more than pleased with him as a private voice instructor for any age student.

Having been a musical theatre student through out most of my life, and have studied voice with many people who have been considered the best. In the past my singing has been very well received!

Andy is a very insightful and creative voice teacher. He works to bring out the best from you while making the experience challenging and fun. Andy is very good at translating the complex dynamics of singing into everyday terms that an amateur singer can understand - while still providing the structure and professional coaching necessary for you to reach the next level.

He is funny, personable and makes you feel very comfortable to try things that may not be in your comfort zone. I have been taking lessons with Andy for about 18 months now and feel that he is the best voice teacher that I have ever had.

Andrew is an extraordinary teacher. In the first couple of weeks, he immediately identified my strengths and weaknesses and crafted individualized lessons to strengthen my piano skills. I can see an enormous difference already; he's taught me skills I could never have learned on my own.

He's personable, has a good sense of humor, and holds me accountable for weekly lessons without being a taskmaster. I recommend him highly and I'm incredibly grateful for his patience, high energy, and commitment to his students.

Andy is a great piano teacher!

He has been working with our 10 year old son who is growing in confidence and consistently improving and furthering his skills.

Andy is a great motivator that is making learning the piano fun!
